We collaborated with wellness-forward brand Mar de Lima on the design of their second outlet in Mexico City—a serene, light-filled space that bridges nourishment, ritual, and design.

The concept centers around a tactile, multisensory experience that feels both intimate and elevated. Rather than creating a conventional retail environment, we shaped a space that invites pause: a place to reconnect with food, with self, and with the everyday rituals that foster well-being.

Material authenticity was central to the design. The original brick and stone walls were preserved and finished in white, adding depth and texture while grounding the space in its architectural history. These elements serve as a quiet counterpoint to the clean lines of custom shelving, soft-toned surfaces, and minimal product displays.

From the transparent bulk bins to the sculptural tables and soft lighting, every detail was designed to feel warm, clear, and intentional. The layout encourages slow movement and thoughtful choices—more pantry than store, more ritual than routine.

Whether stopping in for an iced coffee, picking up house-made granola, or simply pausing in the calm of the space, Mar de Lima is designed to offer more than nourishment. It’s a place to choose with intention.
